US. Estée Lauder has rolled out a series of whitening and anti-ageing products from its Re- Nutriv and CyberWhite EX skincare lines within Asian travel retail markets.

Re-Nutriv Ultimate White Lifting Creme
Re-Nutriv Ultimate White Lifting Creme – the latest addition to the company's Re-Nutriv firming and lifting range – will be launched in travel retail in Asia Pacific and selected doors in the Americas from May this year.
The product is described as the “perfect companion” to the Re-Nutriv Ultimate White Lifting Serum, which was launched in 2006.
Re-Nutriv Ultimate White Lifting Creme, which combines rare, naturally-derived ingredients with exclusive bio-technologies, is a nourishing cream that is said to help increase hydration, firmness and an even skin tone.
Estée Lauder Research and Development Worldwide Senior Vice President Dr Daniel Maes said: “Asian women’s skin is predisposed to the appearance of dark spots, sagging and uneven skin tone, leading to older-looking skin. Our goal was to create the most advanced products using the latest ingredients and technology to address these major concerns, while maintaining the luxurious texture Re-Nutriv customers have come to expect.”
Re-Nutriv Ultimate White Lifting Creme is claimed by the company to grant “virtual immunity” from the appearance of ageing and the key underlying factors that can accelerate it: dehydration, irritation, uneven skintone and loss of firmness.
The product is formulated with the following ingredients to combat the causes of skin ageing:
For dehydration
Bio-Water transforms “free water” into structured water that mimics skin’s own precious water and replenishes parched skin with the help of Hyaluronic Acid and minerals that restore vital energy. This hydrating blend revitalises the skin’s natural ability to respond to and recover from daily stresses and provides more effective and long-lasting hydration.
The lipids from sunflower seeds, which are rich in natural linoleic acid, help to restore the skin’s protective barrier to help prevent dehydration.
For uneven skintone
Crushed South Sea pearls – known to be the finest quality pearls produced from the world’s largest and rarest pearl oyster, pinctada maxima, found in the South Sea – create a brighter, more even and luminous skin tone and help diminish the appearance of dark spots.
Japanese clove flower (also known as Chouji), used in traditional medicine to purify and soothe, contains potent anti-oxidants, Vitamin C and extracts of Mulberry, Scutellaria and Grape. These prevent the formation of new visible dark spots by inhibiting the activity of Tyrosinase, a key enzyme needed in the production of new melanin.
For irritation
Licorice Extract plus precious Colloidal Gold and Japanese Indigo, used in ancient medicine as a soothing ingredient, soothe and calm skin, and help minimise the damage that can accelerate skin ageing, including excess melanin that appears as dark spots.
For loss of firmness
Vitamin C helps skin to stimulate its natural collagen synthesis, to rebuild its natural inner support network and achieve firmness and lift.
Re-Nutriv Ultimate White Lifting Creme is designed for delicate Asian skins and has a glossy pearlescent texture that is quickly absorbed. It has been ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested and is non-acnegenic.

In other news, four new CyberWhite EX products were introduced to Asian travel retail markets in March.
The
CyberWhite EX Extra Intensive Clarifying Treatment is a gentle resurfacing treatment that helps eliminate small surface spots to reveal clearer skin.
The product contains a highly concentrated level of N Acetyl Glucosamine (+50% more concentrated than in the original Extra Concentrated Brightening Essence) which helps to increase the skin’s own natural cellular renewal process and shed away melanin-darkened skin cells, according to the company.
The
Cyber White EX Extra Intensive Spot Corrector is described as a targeted and concentrated treatment which penetrates the deepest layers of the skin’s surface to disperse dense clusters of melanin and render them invisible.
The product is formulated with the brand’s highest concentration of Clarity Recovery Protein (eight times the concentration of the original Extra Concentrated Brightening Essence) and Melanin Dissolving Technology which treats age spots with laser-like precision.
The
Cyber White EX Extra Intensive Illuminating Mask is a targeted, detoxifying treatment with anti-oxidants to help neutralise free radical damage to the skin. Free radical damage can lead to future spots and the product is specifically designed to prevent spots underneath the skin from making an appearance.
The Extra Intensive Illuminating Mask contains Estée Lauder’s exclusive Melanin Interception Technology and a potent blend of anti-oxidants and anti-irritants which works deep within the skin’s surface.
The
Cyber White EX Extra Intensive UV Protector SPF 50/PA+++ contains the brand’s highest UVA/UVB protection and protects the skin from the irritation and oxidative stress of spot-forming UVA/UVB rays.
The product is said to be super-sheer, extra gentle and fast-absorbing. It also creates a smooth, matte base for make-up.
