A personalised case of Black Label is on its way to Stephen Brown in Muscat

INTERNATIONAL. Oman Airport Management Company Commercial Manager Stephen Brown has won a personalised case of Johnnie Walker Black Label in The Moodie Report’s year-end readers’ competition held in association with Diageo Global Travel & Middle East.
The competition, which marked the culmination of Black Label’s year-long centenary campaign, proved to be one of our most popular ever. Brown was one of nearly 40 readers who correctly answered the question 'What is the name of the Johnnie Walker Master Blender who will be personally signing each limited-edition case?' [answer below]. His name was then drawn from all the correct entrants by a Diageo Global Travel & Middle East executive.
The competition mirrored a spectacular
finale to the year-long Johnnie Walker Black Label centenary campaign whereby travelling shoppers also have the chance to win a bespoke personalised case of the deluxe Scotch whisky.
The personalisation consists of customised labels on a case of six bottles of Black Label.
Each bottle carries a premium embossed printing of the winner’s name on a label that matches the quality and design of the traditional label.
The six bottles are presented in a limited-edition luxury outer case which was designed and produced specifically for the commemoration of the centenary. The elegant case is constructed in black leatherette with edged stitching, and carries branding printed in gold.
Each of the individually numbered cases, which are limited to a series of just 300 across the world, will be supported with a certificate of authentication personally signed by Johnnie Walker Master Blender Jim Beveridge.
The campaign runs throughout November and December and is exclusive to selected travel retail locations, including London Heathrow, Athens International and Beirut International airports. The simple mechanic for the activity is a prize draw entry for each purchase of a bottle of Johnnie Walker Black Label.
