INTERNATIONAL. Coty Prestige has unveiled a new feminine fragrance from the house of Jil Sander, called Jil. It will be available in European travel retail from September.

Style maven Julia Restoin Roitfeld fronts the advertising campaign for the new Jil Sander feminine fragrance
Described as an elegantly structured floral amber composition, the Jil scent is said to reflect the true spirit of the Jil Sander brand, in terms of the quality of its materials and the purity of their rendition.

The juice, created by IFF’s Olivier Polge in collaboration with Bruno Jovanovic, opens on notes of pink pepper, lavender and tangerine, atop a floral heart of lily-of-the-valley, orris and heliotrope. The base is a blend of musk, vanilla beans and ambergris.

The fragrance flacon is an elongated rectangle, said to have been inspired by Jil Sander’s seasonal variations on a dress. The clear glass, which reveals the flesh-toned juice inside, is edged with a dark blue frame.

The fragrance face is style maven Julia Restoin Roitfeld (daughter of the Editor-In-Chief of French Vogue, Carine Roitfeld). The campaign was shot by photographer Jan Welters.

The full Jil by Jil Sander range comprises 30ml, 50ml and 75ml edp sprays, a 200ml shower cream, a 200ml body lotion and a 100ml deo spray.
