Coty updates classics from Klein, Jacobs and Cerruti - 02/07/08

INTERNATIONAL. Coty Prestige has unveiled a new, limited-edition luxury Crystal Edition of its Calvin Klein Euphoria feminine fragrance. It will be available in Europe from September, before rolling out to Asia Pacific in November.

The collection centres around a collectible Crystal Edition edp spray in 50ml and 100ml sizes. The flacon features an exotic floral motif and amethyst Swarovski crystals.

Complementing this is a 150ml limited-edition Sensual Body Gelee and a 3g limited-edition Sparkling Solid Parfum Compact (not available in Asia Pacific). The latter is also encrusted with Swarovski crystals, and is housed in a luxurious velvet pouch.

Also new is a 50ml limited-edition Eau de Parfum from Marc Jacobs Daisy. This will be launched in Europe in August, before rolling out to Asia Pacific markets in October. The introduction celebrates the first anniversary of the original Marc Jacobs Daisy scent.

The edp version features the same notes as its edt predecessor, but concentrates the fragrance’s essential oils for a more luxurious sensation, according to Coty.

The flacon echoes the daisy design of the original, but in a sleek, black and gold colour-scheme.

Lastly, for men Coty is poised to celebrate the first anniversary of its Cerruti pour Homme fragrance with a 100ml Couture Edition. A Gebr Heinemann exclusive, it will be available from September.

The flacon echoes the look and shape of the original, reworked in a chrome design that aims to evoke fabric with a graphic-art style.
